The Structure of Love Is Indestructible
As with most creative projects, The Structure of Love Is Indestructible is being financed by people who believe in its message. To reach these people, I have partnerred with the Kickstarter company who, for a very reasonable percentage, provide a formal platform (web site) where I can request support from my patrons and friends (both the same!) and other community minded people and art-lovers.
Although there are many ways to raise money, I love the opportunity that Kickstarter provides to clearly communicate the project goals. They also allow me to accurately descibe and track rewards that I am offering to backers of the project. I am delighted and proud to offer rewards of genuine value, but for me to see contributions already coming in requesting no reward, shows the absolute richness of the Kickstarter community.
Either way, I appreciate this entire community of art-lovers who are the soul of the Kickstarter company. This is an exciting 30 days that we are in while my The Structure of Love message is being shared near and far.
The broadcast of my goals is, in and of itself, support for the arts!

Every bit helps! In appreciation of your donation, I’ll start by giving back. This reward is for a month (sometime within the next year) of my mentoring to any aspiring visual artist who feels that I can be of support to them. This offer will be tailored to obvious logistics, including our distance apart and scheduling needs. We will focus on your choice or blend of professional, artistic, and emotional support. Please be as generous as possible and donate at the level you can afford for this reward, but one dollar is fine, if that’s what fits your budget!

Birder’s Special! In addition to the rewards listed in the $150 pledge level, you are invited to join an artist-guided field trip to witness the spectacular spring migration of shorebirds and falcons during their stop-over in Gray’s Harbor, WA. This late April or early May outing is for you and your family or friends, up to six people. Includes lunch at the Lana’s Hangar Café.
